The present invention relates to a molding system and a method of manufacturing implants for plastic surgery, which ensures correct fitting of an implant in the surgical area and allows the user to achieve a form that is maximally close to the form intended by the user. The molding system of the present invention comprises: a 3D scanner (202) which three-dimensionally scans a surgical area of a user and sends image information of the scanned surgical area of the user to a management computer a management computer (204) which is electrically connected to the 3D scanner (202), calculates a difference value between the 3D image information of the scanned surgical area of the user received from the 3D scanner (202) and a selected 3D image information, and sends the calculated difference value to a 3D printer a 3D printer (206) which is electrically connected to the management computer (204) and uses the difference value received from the management computer (204) to three-dimensionally print a temporary implant for the surgical area and a molding mold (208) for implants for plastic surgery which uses the temporary implant to produce an implant for plastic surgery.본 발명은 시술부위의 보형물의 들뜸이 없고 시술자가 원하는 형태의 최대한 근접한 성형이 이루어지도록 하는 성형시스템 및 이를 이용한 성형수술용 보형물 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 사용자의 시술할 부위를 3차원으로 스캔하고, 스캔 된 사용자의 시술할 부위 3차원 이미지 정보를 관리컴퓨터로 보내는 3D 스캐너(202)와 상기 3D 스캐너(202)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 3D 스캐너(202)로부터 수신된 사용자의 시술할 부위 3차원 이미지 정보와 선택된 3차원 이미지 정보를 비교하여 차이 값을 계산하고, 계산된 차이 값을 3D 프린터로 보내는 관리컴퓨터(204)와 상기 관리컴퓨터(204)에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 관리컴퓨터(204)로부터 수신된 차이 값을 이용하여 시술할 부위의 가(假) 보형물을 3차원으로 프린트하는 3D 프린터(206)와 상기 가(假) 보형물을 이용하여 성형수술용 보형물을 제조하는 성형수술용 보형물 성형금형(208)을 포함한다.
