A screw anchor assembly, which is used in spinal screw fixation, comprises: a screw having a thread formed thereon in the longitudinal direction； and a screw anchor inserted into a predetermined position of a spine and having an anchor thread formed on the inner surface thereof, which defines a receiving portion into which the screw is inserted, such that the receiving portion expands while the screw is being screw-coupled with the screw anchor, wherein the screw anchor has a plurality of segments formed along the longitudinal direction thereof, and adjacent segments of the plurality of segments overlap each other.L'invention concerne un ensemble ancrage à vis, utilisé dans la fixation de vis rachidienne, qui comprend : une vis ayant un filetage formé sur cette dernière dans la direction longitudinale ； et un ancrage à vis inséré dans une position prédéterminée d'une colonne vertébrale et ayant un filetage d'ancrage formé sur sa surface interne, qui définit une partie de réception dans laquelle la vis est insérée, de telle sorte que la partie de réception se dilate tandis que la vis est accouplée par vissage à l'ancrage à vis, l'ancrage à vis ayant une pluralité de segments formés le long de sa direction longitudinale, et des segments adjacents de la pluralité de segments se chevauchent mutuellement.나사못 앵커 조립체는, 척추 나사못 고정술에 사용되는 나사못 앵커 조립체로서, 길이 방향으로 나사못 나사산이 형성되어 있는 나사못, 및 척추의 소정 위치에 삽입되며, 나사못이 삽입되는 수용부를 규정하는 내면에 앵커 나사산이 형성되어 있어서 나사못과 나사 결합되는 과정 중에 수용부가 확장되는 나사못 앵커를 포함하고, 나사못 앵커는 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 분할부로 이루어지고, 복수의 분할부에 있어서 이웃하는 분할부 간에 겹치는 부분이 존재한다.
