The invention provides a light curing method, including: providing a lightcuring apparatus having at least one light source, at least one fan and acuring volume. A first polymerizable shaped material is positioned within thecuring volume. The light source and the fan are controlled to heat the firstpolymerizable shaped material to temperatures within a first temperaturerange. The light source and the fan are controlled to maintain the firstpolymerizable shaped material at temperatures within the first temperaturerange for at least 1 minute. A second polymerizable shaped material ispositioned within the curing volume. The light source and the fan arecontrolled to heat the second polymerizuable shaped material to temperatureseithin a second temperature range. The light source and the fan are controlledto maintain the second polymerizable shaped material at temperatures withinthe second temperature range for at least 1 minute. The first temperaturerange has afirst midpoint and the second temperature range has a secondmidpoint. The first midpoint is at least 15 ~C from the second midpoint.
