PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of placing a tank T, sufficiently watering to planted seedlings, sprinkling water by vibrating water stream, feeding seedlings to a seedling feeder and simultaneously watering with planting the seedlings, and from which an operator on the operation seat can get off.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter comprises a traveling vehicle provided with a pair of right and left front wheels 7 and a pair of right and left rear wheels 6, a seedling planting device 3 for planting seedlings to a field and a seedling feeder 4 for feeding seedlings to the seedling planting device 3, and a handle 2 is installed at the rear end of the traveling vehicle, and a drivers seat is arranged in the vicinity of the seedling feeder 4, wherein the seedling planting device 3 is equipped with a beak-like seedling planting unit, a vertically moving mechanism for vertically moving the seedling planting unit and an opening/closing mechanism for opening/closing the seedling planting unit.
