Compositions and methods for detecting, prognosing, inhibiting, treating, and/or preventing cancer are provided. In certain embodiments, the methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of at least one Myo/Nog cell targeting molecule and at least one cytotoxic molecule. The Myo/Nog cell targeting molecule may be conjugated to the cytotoxic molecule(s). In a particular embodiment, the method further comprises at least one other anti-cancer measure, such as the administration of at least one other chemotherapeutic agent, tumor excision, and/or administration of radiation therapy.Linvention porte sur des compositions et des procédés pour détecter, pronostiquer, traiter, inhiber, et/ou prévenir le cancer.
