FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry, and is applicable for implant insertion. A system comprises a dental implant and an instrument used to screw the male implant in a bone. The implant has a feed opening with at least a partially conic inside which encloses a pivot bolt of a top portion coupled with the implant after been inserted. The screwing-in instrument has the pivot bolt coming into gear wit the feed opening of the implant with the conic inside, as well as a head end with at least one working area for another instrument or device. The screwing-in instrument is detachably connected with the implant by means of a propelling screw which passes through a passage opening of the screwing-in instrument and its male thread is screwed in a female thread of the feed opening of the implant. The propelling screw sets up a pre-tension of at least the partially adjoining conic inside of the implant surface and conic outside of the pivot bolt with the passage opening comprising a bearing face for a screw head of the propelling screw. The screwing-in instrument is coupled with the implant from a working side and pre-mounted. The pivot bolt of the screwing-in instrument adjoins with pretensioning to the conic inside of the implant surface.
