PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device capable of securing a large quantity of suction air even when a water discharge port such as a massage nozzle is provided at a center of a water spray surface.SOLUTION: A water discharge device SH includes, at a throttle part 42, a plurality of mutually independent throttle flow passages 421 juxtaposed at some intervals apart from each other into a circular shape. A plurality of air mixing chambers 432 functioning as connection flow passages extending from an air mixing part 43 to a water spray part 44 are provided along jetting direction of acceleration jet flows AFa radially jetted from the throttle flow passages 421.
