PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antibacterial compound by chemically binding or adhering it to a fabric material, and a treated fabric material which itself functions as a disinfectant or a disinfectant. This treated fabric material exhibits wash durability and non-leaching properties. The liquid agent comprises one or more antibacterial agents, comprising an exhaustion process cycle comprising treating the fabric material using an exhaustion process and heat treating the treated fabric material.
