PURPOSE: A health food is provided to provide a blood sugar and blood pressure by fermenting good bacteria and herbal medicine without extracting active ingredient by a hot water extraction method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a health food comprises a step of drying and pulverizing herbal medicine to manufacture powder； a step of preparing decoction by mixing the powder into water and brewing the mixture at 28-40 °；C for 1-3 days； a step of mixing the fermented good bacteria and syrup or sugar and water with a weight ratio of 1:1:10 for 14 days at 40°；C in a boiling pot； a step of preparing herbal medicine powder； a step of mixing 10-50 wt% of the good bacteria into the powder mixture for re-fermentation. The good bacteria is that a mixture of lactobacillus, yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, and bacillus subtilis with a mixing ratio of 1:1:1:1 is mixed with sugar or syrup with a mixing ratio of 1:1 at 33°；C for 10 days. The herbal medicine comprises Acanthopanax senticosus, Phragmites communis, kidney bean, Chinese matrimony vine, Aralia elata Seeman, blueberry, drawing, Mori Radicis Cortex, schizandra, Phellodendron amurense RUPRCHT cortex, Dioscorea japonica, ginseng, Ephedrae Herba, persimmon leaf, Leonuri Herba, azalea, Eucommia ulmoides, Laminariae japonicae Thallus, oxidized copper lobe, Asiasari Radix, Puerariae Radix, and jujube tree leaf.본 발명은 선옥균(善玉菌)과 한약재를 이용한 건강식품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 한방적으로 혈당과 혈압을 치료하는 한약재를 선별하여 불순물을 세척하는 단계, 세척한 한약재를 각각 건조하고 분쇄하여 각각 분말로 만드는 단계, 각각의 한약재 분말을 소정비율로 물과 혼합하여 우려내어 탕액을 준비하는 단계, 준비된 탕액을 선옥균 및 당밀과 소정 비율로 혼합하여 발효약탕기에 넣어 발효하는 단계, 발효된 각각의 한약재 발효액을 건조과정을 거쳐 분말로 만드는 단계, 각 한약재의 분말을 혼합하고 선옥균을 10~50 중량%로 혼합하여 발효하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
