PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lowest invasion surgical operation system using a surgical treatment needle type device that enables the operation of a large surgical apparatus, attains minimally low invasion properties, and has a degree of freedom in design.SOLUTION: This surgical treatment needle type device 10 includes: a needle structure 30 configured to directly perform puncturing from a skin surface of a living body an operational tip instrument connection mechanism 50 for attachably/detachably connecting a distal end of the needle structure and a rear end of each of various kinds of operational tip instrument 60 a movable handle 22 successively joined with a rear end of the needle structure and operating the operational tip instrument an operation instrument turning mechanism 23 for turning the operational tip instrument and an operational tip instrument operation part 20 having a main axis needle length adjustment mechanism 26 for adjusting the set length of a main axis needle.
