SOLUTION: A blood glucose level measuring unit 10 performs wireless communication with a wristwatch 20 and is attached to the base or fingertip of a finger 101 of a user's hand 100 or the middle thereof. The blood glucose level measuring unit 10 is formed on one surface of the lens substrate so as to correspond to each of the plurality of lenses, surrounds the light emitting element with an inner edge close to the outer edge of the light emitting element, and has an inner edge and an outer edge outside the inner edge. In a defined region, the light receiving unit includes a plurality of light receiving elements that receive light having a wavelength that passes through a corresponding lens and are incident, and generate an electric signal indicating an intensity value of the light.
