PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely reproduce a subject image within a marker region MPR and to suppress occurrence of artifact of a three-dimensional image.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for processing radiation image images the subject S from a plurality of directions while a marker MP is disposed on the subject S, and respectively detects a marker area MPR from within a plurality of radiation images P which are captured by imaging and where the subject image is transmitted on the marker region MPR. Thereafter, a pixel value within the marker region MPR is corrected on the basis of an exposure condition RC and the three-dimensional image is generated using the corrected radiation images P.
