PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band and an electronic device which can be appropriately attached to a human body.SOLUTION: A band 6 which is configured to attach a device body 4 of an electronic device to a human body includes: a first band member 8 and a second band member 10 which are respectively attached to the device body 4 and a connecting member 12 provided on an end part on an opposite side to the device body 4 in the first band member 8, for connecting between the first band member 8 and the second band member 10. At least one of the first band member 8 and the second band member 10 has expanding and contracting parts 18 and 40 which expands and contracts along a band extending direction that is an extending direction from the device body 4.
