The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing cervical spine used in a cervical spine anterior fixation surgery in orthopedics or neurosurgery and, more specifically, to the apparatus for fixing cervical spine which follows insertion angles of screws and comprises: ring shaped channels in which one side is opened and screws are inserted into one or more of accommodating grooves formed on a flat plate, and which are attached to inner walls of the accommodating grooves； guides which are combined to the channels and can be rotated in horizontal direction of expanded grooves formed towards a center part of a plate on the inner walls of the accommodating grooves； and pushing tools which are installed in the expanded grooves and push the guides towards the center of the accommodating grooves. 본 발명은 정형외과 또는 신경외과에서 경추 전방 고정수술을 시술할 경우 사용되는 경추고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 평판 형상의 플레이트에 형성된 적어도 하나 이상의 수용홈으로 나사가 삽입되며, 상기 수용홈의 내부 벽면에 부착되며 일측이 개방된 링 형상의 채널； 상기 채널에 결합되되 상기 수용홈의 내측 벽면에 플레이트의 중앙부 방향으로 형성된 확장홈의 공간부에서 좌우 방향으로 회동가능한 가이드； 상기 확장홈에 설치되어 상기 가이드를 수용홈의 중심 방향으로 미는 밀개 수단； 을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사의 진입각도를 추종하는 경추고정장치에 관한 것이다.
