PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail deformation preventing tool that is attached to an approximately flat nail so as to suppress an external pressure applied in a direction to deform the nail, thereby making it possible to prevent deformation of the nail.SOLUTION: Left and right nail edge portions 11 of an approximately flat nail and opposite end portions in a nail width direction of a flat plate-shaped nail shape protector 1a having flexing resistance, which is formed in such a length as to permit bridging across the nail width, are to be engagingly inserted into and clamped to slits 3 of fasteners 2a respectively disposed at the left and right nail edge portions 11.
