PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic bracket not only capable of easily changing resistance between the bracket and a main wire according to a treatment stage but also easily produced at a low cost while obtaining sufficient strength even with a brittle material such as ceramics.SOLUTION: The orthodontic bracket is composed of a base plate 1, tie wings 2 and an arch wire fitting slot 3 in general, that is, a pair of tie wings 2 each having a pair of two kinds of long and short blade pieces (long and short pieces) 5, 6 are erected with a space on the rectangular base plate 1, and the arch wire fitting slot 3 is formed by this spaced part. The pair of blade pieces 5, 6 of the tie wing 2 are composed of the long piece 5 and the short piece 6 projected in a vertical direction and provided in the form of the tips facing obliquely downward.
