The primary fastening system includes a primary first fastening component disposed on each of the pair of ears and a primary second fastening component disposed on an exterior surface of the article. The secondary fastening system includes a secondary second fastening component on each of the pair of ears and a corresponding secondary first fastening component on an exterior surface of the article.
