The present invention relates a pharmaceutical composition comprising and EGFR inhibitor and methylene-tetrahydrofolate, tetrahydrofolate or methyl-tetrahydrofolate, for use in the treatment of cancer. The methylene-tetrahydrofolate, tetrahydrofolate or methyl-tetrahydrofolate enhances the anticancer efficacy of the EGFR inhibitor.
