A device for storing first and second ingredient materials, mixing theingredient materials to form an adhesive materialand dispensing the adhesive material. The device comprises: a nozzle fordispensing the third material； a first container adapted to storea first ingredient material and mix the first ingredient material with asecond ingredient material； a second container disposed withinthe first container, and moveable between a storage position in which a secondingredient material is stored in the second containerand a mixing position in which the second ingredient material is moved to thefirst container； a mixer that longitudinally extends intothe first and second containers； a handle alternatively coupled to the mixerto mix the first and second ingredient materials or to thesecond container to move the second container to a dispensing position todispense the third material. During use, the first container isrotated causing the second container to move relative to the first containerand the second material to flow into the first container formixing. After mixing, the handle is uncoupled from the mixer and coupled tothe second container to dispense the third material fromthe nozzle. Embodiments are also described herein for a method of making thedevice and a method of using the device.
