PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic diagnostic system which allows the distribution of tissue of interest to be confirmed from a body surface with inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A probe guide device in which a probe can be linearly moved includes: a probe position detection unit 23 that detects the position of a probe a probe movement support unit 21 which serves as rails for linearly moving the probe and makes LEDs emit light an LED array 25 disposed on the frame of the probe movement support unit 21 and a probe case 24 to which the probe inserted by an operator is held.
