Norms of mineral-vitamin boluses of prolonged action for ruminants are administered orally； foetal growth is monitored. Introduction of mineral-vitamin boluses to cows is performed preferably on 205–220 days from fruitful insemination, and on 245–260 day determine degree of preparedness of animal for calving according to changes of genus-genital ways.
