The invention relates to (heterocycle/tetrahydropyridine)-(piperazinyl)-1-alcanone and (heterocycle/dihydropyrrolidine)-(piperazinyl)-1-alcanone derivatives of the general formula (I), where A, W, n, and R2 are as defined in claim 1.
