To provide an OCT apparatus and OCT control program which can measure the eye to be examined at the proper sensitivity.SOLUTION: An OCT apparatus for imaging an eye to be examined includes: an OCT optical system which acquires an OCT signal on the basis of the interference state between the reflection light obtained by reflecting the measurement light emitted from a wavelength sweeping type light source by the eye to be examined and the reference light corresponding to the measurement light； adjustment means which adjusts the focus position of the OCT optical system in the optical axis direction of the OCT optical system； and control means which controls the adjustment means.
