PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent composition exhibiting excellent foam-increasing properties in use, providing high cleaning feeling, being easily washed out without greasy feeling, and exhibiting sufficient mild properties even after being repeatedly cleaned.SOLUTION: The cleaning agent composition contains (A) 3-40 mass% anion surfactant, (B) 0.02-5 mass% glyceryl ether having a 4-12C alkyl group or alkenyl group, (C) 0.02-10 mass% cationized hydroxypropyl cellulose represented by formula (1), and (D) water. (In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent a substituent having a cationized ethyleneoxy group and a propyleneoxy group and n represents a number between 20 and 5,000 which is a number representing the average polymerization degree of anhydroglucose.
