- The invention relates to a stabilizing and solubilizing formulation for the cryoprecipitable proteins intended to be subjected to freeze-drying and to a heat treatment of virus inactivation, comprising a mixture of arginine, at least one hydrophobic amino acid and trisodium citrate. The present invention also relates to the use of said formulation for the stabilization and the solubilization of the set of cryoprecipitable proteins and of at least one protein chosen from among the factor viii, von willebrand factor, factor xiii, fibrinogen and fibronectin, intended to be subjected to freeze-drying and to a heat treatment of virus inactivation. In addition, the invention relates to a concentrate of at least one protein cryoprécipitable comprising said stabilizing formulation and capable of being intended for therapeutic use.
Linvention concerne une formulation stabilisante et solubilisante pour les protéines cryoprécipitables destinées à être soumises à une lyophilisation et à un traitement thermique dinactivation virale comprenant un mélange darginine, dau moins un acide aminé hydrophobe et de citrate trisodique. Linvention concerne également lutilisation de ladite formulation pour la stabilisation et la solubilisation de lensemble des protéines cryoprécipitables et dau moins une protéine choisie parmi le Facteur VIII, le Facteur von Willebrand, le Facteur XIII, le fibrinogène et la fibronectine destinées à être soumises à une lyophilisation et à un traitement thermique dinactivation virale. En outre, linvention concerne un concentré dau moins une protéine cryoprécipitable comprenant ladite formulation stabilisante et susceptible dêtre destiné à un usage thérapeutique.
