PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the exhalation discharged from a tracheostoma of a person having the larynx enucleated.
SOLUTION: A sensor 21 is connected to a support part 22 via an arm 23, and the support part 22 is attached to a belt 13 in such a way as to insert the belt 13 into an insertion part 22A. The arm 23 is composed of a flexible member, and the position of the sensor 21 from the support part 22 can be optionally changed. The support part 22 is movably attached to the belt 13 worn in the neck of the user. Since the position of the sensor 21 from the support part 22 can be optionally changed, the user moves the sensor 21 to be located in front of the tracheostoma H of the user by appropriately adjusting the wearing position of the belt 13, the attaching position of the support part 22 and the position of the sensor 21 from the support part 22.
