The present invention relates to an optical fiber scanner including a resonance frequency alteration means including: a driver (100) for applying a driving force to an optical fiber (200)； the optical fiber (200) installed on the end part of the driver (100) in the form of a cantilever； a mass (300) installed on the end part of the optical fiber (200)； and the resonance frequency alteration means (400) including a first auxiliary structure (410) installed on the optical fiber (200) to differently alter the driving force applied to the optical fiber (200) to the X and Y directions individually so as to have a resonance frequency of the optical fiber (200) divided into the X direction and the Y direction differently.본 발명은 광섬유(200)에 구동력을 가하기 위한 구동기(100)； 상기 구동기(100)의 단부에 외팔보 형태로 설치되는 광섬유(200)； 상기 광섬유(200)의 단부에 설치되는 질량체(300)； 및 상기 광섬유(200)에 가해지는 구동력을 각각 X방향과 Y방향으로 서로 다르게 변조하여 상기 광섬유(200)의 공진주파수가 각각 X방향과 Y방향으로 서로 다르게 분리되도록 상기 광섬유(200) 상에 설치되는 제1보조구조물(410)을 포함하는 공진 주파수 변조 수단(400)；을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진 주파수 변조 수단을 포함하는 광섬유 스캐너에 관한 것이다.
