The present invention relates to a transparent sol, gel composition containing high concentrations of vitamin C and vitamin C derivative. More specifically, disclosed is a technical field associated with a vitamin C composition, which is usable as an essence, a mask pack, a hydrogel mask, or the like, by making a composition containing a high concentration of vitamin C or vitamin C derivative, a polyalcohol, an acid mucopolysaccharide, and a hydrophilic solvent, into a sol or gel so as to stabilize the high concentration of vitamin C or vitamin C derivative in an aqueous solution. In addition, the present invention has a dosage form of a high-viscosity sol or gel phase since the vitamin C or the vitamin C derivative is dissolved in the aqueous solution, and therefore, provided is a high-viscosity composition having effects of suppressing carbon dioxide which may be generated when vitamin C is unstable, not easily deteriorating by minimizing the contact with air due to little movement when being carried or stored, being convenient to use, having external beauty due to a transparent appearance, and being stable.
