PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which absorbs loads acting on both ends of a housing 2 by thermal stress of a sealing member, in a structure where the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the housing 2 are fixed by liquid passing caps 3, 4 and the sealing member is stuck to the inner peripheral surfaces thereof.SOLUTION: In a hollow fiber membrane module, a cylinder wall 7 at both ends of the housing 2 is formed in a double cylindrical structure comprising an inner wall 16 and an outer wall 18. A space 13 is formed between the inner wall 16 and the outer wall 18, and when the thermal stress from the sealing member 11 acts on the inner cylinder 16, the inner cylinder 16 is bent to the outer periphery side to absorb the thermal stress of the sealing member 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハウジング2の両端部の外周面は通液キャップ3、4により固定されており、内周面には封止部材11が固着されている。このような構成において、封止部材11の熱応力によりハウジング2の両端部にかかる荷重を吸収する機構を提供する。【解決手段】ハウジング2の両端部の筒壁7を、内筒16と外筒18からなる二重筒構造とする。内筒16と外筒18との間には隙間13が形成されており、内筒16に封止部材11からの熱応力がかかると、内筒16は外周側に撓み、封止部材11の熱応力を吸収する。【選択図】図2
