The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a splint using a thermoplastic resin raw fabric and a splint manufactured thereby. The purpose of the present invention is to mold a splint structured to perfectly fit a wounded part by applying warm water to a thermoplastic resin raw fabric, softening the same by an electric oven, and forcing the softened raw fabric against the wounded part such that the same is molded in the shape of the wounded part. The present invention, constructed to this end, provides a method for manufacturing a splint using a thermoplastic resin raw fabric such that a fractured part of a wrist or a finger is retained using the thermoplastic resin raw fabric, the method comprising the steps of: (a) cutting a thermoplastic resin raw fabric into a predetermined size； (b) wetting the thermoplastic resin raw fabric, which has been cut into a predetermined size in the process of step (a), with warm water； (c) inserting the thermoplastic resin raw fabric, which has been wetted with warm water in the process of step (b), into an electric oven and heating the same for a predetermined period of time, thereby softening the thermoplastic resin raw fabric； (d) molding the thermoplastic resin raw fabric, which has been softened in the process of step (c), in the shape of the palm of the patient, including the wrist, and curing the same such that a splint molded body is molded； (e) molding a finger retainer and attaching the same to one side, which faces the palm, of the splint molded body molded in the process of step (d) such that at least one of the fingers is inserted therein, thereby temporarily retaining the splint molded body on the hand； (f) after molding and attaching the finger retainer in the process of step (e), molding a retaining ring using the same thermoplastic resin raw fabric that constitutes the splint molded body and attaching the same on the outer surface of the splinted molded body； and (g) after attaching the retaining rin
