PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preliminary washing kit capable of surely preventing fastening and dehydration of adhered contaminants until a surgery support robot instrument is washed by a washer, and effectively separating and removing the contaminants from a surface of the device, by only fitting the preliminary washing kit to a tip end side of a shaft of an instrument for a surgery support robot, after use in a surgery.SOLUTION: A preliminary washing kit K comprises: a cylindrical container 1 for storing a washing liquid L a cap 2 having an insertion port 2a and being attached to an opening part 1a of the cylindrical container 1 a seal ring 3 attached to inside of the cap 2 and an easy-breakage film body 4 for sealing the insertion port 2a of the cap 2 from inside. Inner diameter d3 of the seal ring 3 is set to become slightly smaller, to shaft diameter d0 of an instrument 20. A tip end of a jaw 24 of the instrument 20 breaks the easy-breakage film body 4 through the insertion port 2a, and the tip end side of the shaft 22 is inserted into the cylindrical container 1, thereby the tip end side of the shaft 22 is immersed in the washing liquid L in the cylindrical container 1 and a gap between the shaft 22 and the cap 2 is sealed by the seal ring 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術支援ロボット用のインストゥルメント手術使用後に、そのシャフトの先端側に嵌着するだけで、洗浄機に供するまでの間の付着汚染物の固着乾燥を確実に防止でき、汚染物を器材表面から遊離・除去させるのに効果的な予備洗浄キットを提供する。【解決手段】予備洗浄キットKは、洗浄液Lを収容する筒状容器1と、挿入口2aを有して筒状容器1の開口部1aに冠着するキャップ2と、キャップ2の内側に装填されるシールリング3と、キャップ2の挿入口2aを内側から封鎖する易破性膜体4とで構成される。インストゥルメント20のシャフト径d0に対してシールリング3の内径d3が若干小さく設定され、挿入口2aを通してインストゥルメント20のジョー24の先で易破性膜体4を突き破り、シャフト22の先端側を筒状容器1内へ挿入することにより、シャフト22の先端側が筒状容器1内の洗浄液Lに浸漬され、シャフト22とキャップ2との間がシールリング3によって封止される。【選択図】図5
