The device has a movable base (22) with two rollers (4, 5) mounted on a roller support (6) in a manner to be inclined with respect to a vertical plane (7). The rollers are provided on respective axles (24, 25). The movable base has an intermediary part (32) having a different inclination with respect to the vertical plane. The base is mounted on the roller support for being inclined with respect to a plane parallel to ground. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a seeder.
