PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump that surely grips a body flange of a syringe, having a different capacity, after fitting it thereinto.SOLUTION: The syringe pump 1 has a syringe placing part 6 in which a syringe body of a syringe 200 is set. The syringe placing part 6 includes: a storage part 8 for storing the syringe body and a body flange pressing member 500 elastically deformed to grip a body flange 209 of the syringe body by allowing it to be detachably fitted between the pressing member and the storage part 8 while storing the syringe body in the storage part 8.
