PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily training the focus adjustment function of an eye.SOLUTION: A device 10 is used for training an eye by showing a video including an object to an observer through an optical system 100. The device 10 includes the optical system 100 and a controller 11.
