Provided is a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive that is sufficiently suppressed in odor and can be evenly applied in a relatively low temperature region. Also provided is a stretchable laminate having such hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive. Also provided is an article including such stretchable laminate. A hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention includes: a Ziegler-Natta-based olefin resin; a hydrocarbon-based tackifier; and an oil component, in which the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has: an adhesive strength at 23°C, a peel angle of 90°, and a peel rate of 300 mm/min on a polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 19 g/m2 of 200 g/25 mm or more; an adhesive strength at 23°C, a peel angle of 90°, and a peel rate of 300 mm/min on a stainless-steel plate of 700 g/25 mm or more; a melt viscosity at 160°C of 10,000 mPa·s or less; a melt viscosity at 140°C of 15,000 mPa·s or less; and a softening point temperature of 100°C or less.
