The method involves covering a plant wound and cancer with clay or a clay mixture layer and a plant protection agent to treat the plant wound and cancer and enhance living condition of plants, where thickness of the clay or clay stratum is in a range of 1.0-2.0 cms. The plant wound is cleaned and dead tissues are removed from the wound by the clay or the clay mixture layer. The clay or the clay mixture layer is applied only when a cambium tissue is wound on a whole edge. The clay or the clay mixture layer is combined with a cotton napkin and secured.
