PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable driver-monitoring support.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller 80 includes a driving support implementation unit 84 that determines whether or not an obstacle is present in the direction of a drivers gaze on the basis of obstacle information and the direction of the drivers gaze, and that implements a driving support operation for a driver on the basis of the drivers eye movement when it is determined that no obstacle is present in the direction of the drivers gaze. When the drivers eye movement is a smooth pursuit eye movement, the driving support implementation unit 84 determines that an obstacle, information of which is not obtained by a surrounding environment information acquisition device 10, can be possibly present in the direction of the drivers gaze, and thus implements a first driving support operation according to the determination results.
