PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment tool made of a titanium film that can have a two-dimensional structure and a three-dimensional structure depending on a treatment for a defect site of an affected tissue.SOLUTION: A medical treatment tool employed for a treatment for a defect site and a fragile site of an affected tissue uses a titanium film 1 to which plasticity is imparted by extending a titanium material in the form of a sheet as a base. The titanium film 1 has a planar body 1a in which affinity with the affected tissue is doubled by punching processing, and has a pad part 2 and a peripheral part 3 which impart different degrees of flexibility in the planar body 1a based on the size of opening areas of a plurality of holes by the punching processing.
