The journal bearing for saddle prosthesis consist of a journal bearing with two radius walls at both front and back side at the upper portion with a radius slot to accommodate the resection centre portion of the pelvis bone. The both walls has two holes is to be screwed in the resection portion of pelvis bone. The bottom portion of journal bearing has a CT shape groove at anterior view and U shape radius at lateral view to accommodate the saddle prosthesis head. It will take care of the entire structural load of the body and conveyed through the saddle prosthesis to the leg. The side movement of the body to be conveyed through the radius portion of the both journal bearing and saddle prosthesis head to the leg. The centre portion of the journal bearing are designed to provide straight, front, back, left and right side movement to the leg.
