PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device more reliably preventing collision with an obstacle.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic device includes an arm an arm rotation mechanism a sensor part and a distance measurement part. The arm holds an X-ray source and an X-ray detector so as to face each other. The arm rotation mechanism rotates the arm around a rotary axis passing through a space between the X-ray source and the X-ray detector. The sensor part is set on the rotary axis or in the vicinity of the rotary axis to detect an object existing around.
