PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for detecting a needle slip with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An infusion needle 10 includes: a tubular needle tube section having an opened tip part a needle tube base 14 provided on one end side of the needle tube section in a longitudinal direction an infusion supplying part provided to the needle tube base 14 and that supplies the infusion to be delivered to the needle tube section a pressure transmitting part provided to the needle tube base 14 and from which a pressure of the tip is transmitted a first channel communicating the needle tube section and the pressure transmitting part and a second channel communicating the needle tube section and the infusion supplying part.
