An aqueous composition comprising: (a) 4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (b) a tertiary amine comprising three C2-C6 hydroxyalkyl groups, wherein at least one of said hydroxyalkyl groups has a secondary hydroxyl group (c) an oil selected from the group consisting of mineral oil, neutral oil, castor oil, and combinations thereof (d) a paraffin wax and (e) a nonionic surfactant having from 20 to 50 polymerized ethylene oxide units.Linvention concerne une composition aqueuse comprenant : (a) 4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (b) une amine tertiaire comprenant trois groupes hydroxyalkyle en C2-C6, au moins un desdits groupes hydroxyalkyle ayant un groupe hydroxyle secondaire (c) une huile choisie parmi le groupe constitué dhuile minérale, dhuile neutre, dhuile de ricin et des combinaisons de ces dernières (d) une cire de paraffine et (e) un tensioactif non-ionique ayant de 20 à 50 unités doxyde déthylène polymérisées.
