#$%^&*AU2016204180B220180118.pdf#####FIl50363AU ABSTRACT The present invention provides mogrosides and the salts thereof, the preparing method and the use of the same, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the mogrosides and the salts thereof In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for producing mogrosides and the salts thereof, comprising the steps of: obtaining an extract solution； obtaining a clear aqueous solution； obtaining a water-ethanol mixed solution rich in mogrosides； obtaining an aqueous solution of crude mogrosides； and obtaining the mogrosides and the salts thereof. In another aspect, the present invention provides mogrosides and the salts thereof produced by the above-mentioned process. In another aspect, the present invention provides the use of the mogrosides and the salts thereof in the manufacture of a chemotherapy synergist for the treatment of tumors. In a further aspect, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the mogrosides and the salts thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The mogrosides and the salts thereof of the present invention may increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs and reduce the dose of the chemotherapy drugs.
