PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate stereoscopic view according to an object, using a stereoscopic image display apparatus.SOLUTION: In the stereoscopic image display apparatus provided with a display unit that displays a stereoscopic image using a plurality of radiographic images obtained by imaging the object by radiography from at least two imaging directions, the plurality of radiographic images are reduced in size with an initial reduction ratio determined from the angle formed by the two imaging directions and the thickness of the object, and the stereoscopic image generated by using the plurality of reduced radiographic images is displayed on the display unit.
