System for creating intramedullary route in accordance with second version includes holder of guide for drilling, guide for drilling. Holder of guide for drilling includes body, which has the same dimensions and shape to enter resected bone space. Said body has first hole, which passes through said body, first construction of bone seizure, extending from body in first direction and including first surface, which corresponds to topography of first bone surface topography. Guide for drilling has such size and shape which makes it possible for them to enter first hole, made in body of holder for drilling. Guide for drilling has second hole, which has such size and shape that it makes possible for surgical instrument to pass through it.
