PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer oil cosmetic, which is separated into multilayers of a powder-containing layer and an oil layer in a stationary state, and is dispersed homogeneously by shaking at the time of using more particularly, in the multilayer oil cosmetic, the powders sink rapidly when left standing, and the powders are dispersed rapidly homogeneously when shaking there are no aggregation and caking (powder becomes hard and becomes difficult to be dispersed) of powders the powders do not become an aggregation layer when left standing, but it becomes a mixed layer containing the powders and the oil the ratio of this mixed layer can be adjusted to a desired height and the cosmetic is excellent in esthetic, and has a smooth feeling of use.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a multilayer oil cosmetic.
