The present invention relates to a device for cultivating bean sprouts, comprising: a cultivation container having a drain hole formed on the bottom surface； a container cover opening and shutting the opened upper part of the cultivation container； and a pressing unit inserted into the cultivation container and applying pressure to bean sprouts. A transparent window capable of observing a rearing process of bean sprouts, and a transparent window shielding means capable of selectively shielding the transparent window are installed on one surface of the cultivation container. Accordingly, all processes in which bean sprouts grow can be observed so not only education regarding mystique of nature but observational learning which is a basic feature of scientific research can be provided.
