The present invention relates to a soft capsule comprising an enclosure film and a saw palmetto extract and having improved stability. The soft capsule containing the saw palmetto of the present invention effectively suppresses the delay of disintegration that occurs in the enclosure film of a gelatin soft capsule, and facilitates the standardization of products by using standardized materials. Therefore, the soft capsule of the present invention can be immediately industrialized. Further, the soft capsule of the present invention can be developed as various types of products according to the age, gender, and taking ability of the soft capsule by using provided various composition ratios.본 발명은 안정성이 향상된 피막을 포함하는 쏘팔메토 추출물 함유한 연질 캡슐에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 쏘팔메토 추출물 함유한 연질 캡슐은 젤라틴 연질 캡슐의 피막에서 나타나는 붕해 지연을 효과적으로 억제하며, 표준화된 원료를 사용하여 제품의 표준화가 매우 용이하다. 따라서 본 발명의 연질캡슐 조성물을 이용한 즉각적인 산업화가 가능하며, 제공되는 다양한 조성비를 이용하여 사용자의 연령층, 성별, 연질 캡슐의 복용능력에 따라 다양한 형태의 제품 개발이 가능하다.
