A device comprising: an elongated head having a distal end formed by an elongated edge of a cutting blade positioned in parallel with an elongated edge of a control blade, wherein the elongated edges of the respective control and cutting blades are separated by a uniform gap forming the distal opening to a channel running from an anterior end to a posterior end of the head, wherein the elongated edge of the cutting blade extends distally beyond the elongated edge of the control blade providing a height differential between the edge of the cutting blade and the edge of the control blade, wherein the edge of the cutting blade is sharp and configured to cut a bodily tissue, and wherein the edge of the control blade is dull and forms a barrier that limits the depth of penetration of the edge of the cutting blade into the bodily tissue.L'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant : une tête allongée ayant une extrémité distale formée par un bord allongé d'une lame de coupe positionné en parallèle avec un bord allongé d'une lame d'arrêt, les bords allongés des lames d'arrêt et de coupe respectives étant séparés par un espace uniforme formant l'ouverture distale à un canal s'étendant d'une extrémité antérieure et une extrémité postérieure de la tête, le bord allongé de la lame de coupe s'étendant de manière distale au-delà du bord allongé de la lame d'arrêt fournissant un différentiel de hauteur entre le bord de la lame de coupe et le bord de la lame d'arrêt, le bord de la lame de coupe étant pointu et configuré pour couper un tissu corporel, et le bord de la lame d'arrêt étant émoussé et formant une barrière qui limite la profondeur de pénétration du bord de la lame de coupe dans le tissu corporel.
