The present invention is to provide a sweet potato stem cutting device including a main body connected to a tractor and towed, a stem cutting unit mounted on a lower portion of the main body and cutting the stem of a sweet potato developed on a ground surface, and a power transmission member transmitting rotational power transmitted from the main body to the stem cutting unit. The stem cutting unit includes: a rotating shaft rotating while being supported by a side wall； a circular flange disposed at a predetermined interval on and fixed to the rotating shaft； and a cutting blade mounted on the rotating shaft and the circular flange.
